You do not need more time to think about it. You need a clearer way through it.

Ninety minutes on one problem, decision or goal. You leave with a clear way through it, built around the week you already have, not one that assumes you have more room in it.

Recognise yourself

You may be here because

  • Everything feels important and you cannot decide what comes first
  • You have been carrying an idea for months but have not turned it into a project
  • Your business is growing and the way you run it has stopped being sustainable
  • You have made a plan, but it does not fit your actual week
  • You want an experienced, objective person to see it clearly and challenge your thinking

Vague cannot be solved. Specific can.

What we will do

We start with the outcome, not the list of everything that is wrong.

Most people can tell me what they want. Fewer can say what it actually looks like. Almost nobody has worked out what has to be true for it to happen. That is where the session goes.

Before we meet I may send you a few optional questions, so we are not spending the session on background. We work it out together and you write down the decisions and next actions as we go, so it is not a good conversation you half remember.

If you do not know what you want yet, that is common and it is not a problem. We work it out from what you already enjoy and what you would be willing to try.

You will leave with

  • A clearer read on what is really going on
  • A specific outcome and a sensible first priority
  • A plan built around the time, money and responsibilities you actually have
  • Named next actions, including what to stop, delay, delegate or schedule
  • Your decisions and next actions, written down in the session

The session

  • 90 minutes, one to one
  • Online, or in person in London by arrangement
  • A few questions by email beforehand
  • Your next actions written down in the session

Book a session

How much you need

Most people start with one.

One session is enough for a decision, a plan, or turning something vague into something specific. That is the majority of what people bring.

A block makes sense when the thing you are working on has to be built and then reviewed as real life tests it. Redesigning how a business runs, restructuring money, or rebuilding a week after a big change all fall into that. We meet, you build, we look at what actually happened, and we adjust.

If you are not sure which you need, start with one. By the end of it you will know whether more is warranted, and so will I.

Bring the problem you keep putting off.

If a session is not the right route for what you are dealing with, I will point you to what is.
