How Life So Simple with Timi handles the information you share through this website. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who I am
Life So Simple with Timi is run by Timi Phillips, based in London, working with clients online and in person. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website.
What I collect, and when
When you send me a message. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, whether your enquiry is about business or your personal life, and anything you choose to write. I need your name and email so I can reply to you.
When you enquire about a workshop. Your name, work email, organisation, group size, preferred format, and whatever you tell me about the session you have in mind.
When you sign up for the newsletter. Your first name and email address.
When you book a call or a session. Booking is handled by Cal.com, who collect your name, email and the time you choose. Paid sessions are handled by Stripe. I never see or hold your card details.
When you simply read the site. Squarespace records basic analytics such as pages viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are. This is not used to identify you personally.
What I do with it
I use your information to reply to you, to deliver the session or workshop you have asked about, and to send the newsletter if you have asked for it. That is all. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
A few companies process information on my behalf, because they run the tools this business uses. Squarespace hosts this website and stores form submissions. Cal.com manages bookings. Stripe processes payments. Microsoft provides the email account your messages arrive in. Each has its own privacy policy and its own security obligations.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Client records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax rules require. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can also ask me to stop sending you anything at any time. Use the contact form and say what you would like, and I will deal with it within one month.
If you are not happy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Squarespace sets a small number of cookies so the site works properly and so basic visitor numbers can be counted. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
